Victoria Ashly Griggs is a New Hampshire native and Boston-based Executive Producer, Director, and creative strategist who believes the best productions are built on trust, collaboration, and genuine human connection. As Co-Founder of Sweeter The Juice Films, she helps lead a Black- and woman-owned production company, creative production partner, and production services company dedicated to bringing ambitious ideas to life from concept through final delivery.

Victoria's path into filmmaking was anything but conventional. Without the financial means to attend film school, she built her career through graphic design, web development, photography, multimedia production, and entrepreneurship before finding her place on set. That multidisciplinary background continues to shape her approach today—bridging creative vision with practical execution to help clients navigate every stage of production.

Over the past decade, Victoria has become known for producing thoughtful, organized, and collaborative productions across commercial advertising, branded content, documentary filmmaking, photography, and community storytelling. Whether leading a national campaign, supporting an agency production, or producing a passion project for a nonprofit, she approaches every project with the same belief: every story deserves care, every crew deserves respect, and every production deserves to run exceptionally well.

Her experience spans nearly every department of production, giving her a unique understanding of how creative decisions affect every member of a crew. From budgeting and scheduling to art direction, logistics, client relations, and post-production, Victoria brings both creative insight and operational expertise to every project. Victoria has been trusted by production companies, agencies, and brands to lead complex productions as both a freelance Line Producer and production leader, successfully managing large crews, demanding schedules, and high-profile campaigns. Her work has supported award-winning commercial productions, reflecting the confidence clients place in her ability to deliver exceptional results while balancing creative ambition with operational excellence.

Her production experience includes coordinating large-scale commercial builds, managing intricate art department logistics, and overseeing specialized technical workflows. She served as Art Coordinator on the construction of a major luxury fashion campaign, ensuring seamless communication between departments during an extensive production build. She also coordinated wardrobe operations for a visual effects-driven feature film sequence involving hundreds of full-body scans used for digital crowd replacement, collaborating with international VFX teams to maintain precision across wardrobe, scanning, and post-production pipelines.

Through Sweeter The Juice Films, Victoria works alongside Co-Founder Gregory Warfield Jr. and an expansive network of talented filmmakers, producers, technicians, photographers, designers, and artists to assemble the right team for every project. Together, they provide scalable production support for projects of every size—from lean documentary crews and branded content shoots to large-scale commercial campaigns and full-service productions.

Victoria has contributed to productions for global brands, professional sports organizations, agencies, nonprofits, educational institutions, and cultural organizations, supporting campaigns for clients including Hulu, Nike, Nespresso, Valentino, CVS, Stop & Shop, Sam Adams, Hasbro, CAT Footwear, Saucony, New Balance, the Connecticut Sun, Roxbury Community College, and many more.
